This enhanced communication will allow your feelings and concerns to be easily understood and your needs will be met faster with less room for misunderstanding or confusion. This will enhance your satisfaction with yourself and with your relationships.
This "Synergetic Sequence" is continually repeating in a circular motion; where this now enhanced satisfaction allows you to feel and be more positive and healthy and will open the door to even more clarity within yourself and the communication in your relationships and so on..
Ms. Fraioli's philosophy and beliefs are built from an interpersonal, systemic framework and other related schools of thought; with an added fusion of her own Theoretical Approach. She focuses on Solution Focused Therapy, Object Relations, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Creative Visualization, Narrative Therapy, Imago Therapy, and Structural Therapy. She also excels in outlining a special structure and approach for each client; making this innovative therapy unique from other private practices providing psychotherapy services.
Ms. Fraioli earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Siena College. She also holds a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Hofstra University, where she graduated with honors and high distinction.
Additionally, she is a Clinical Member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and the New York/Long Island chapters of the Association. She is also a Certified Family Therapist (CFT), a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Trained Prepare/Enrich Counselor. She has been trained in Reiki and uses her techniques for clients dealing with stress, anxiety, anger, and depression.
Ms. Fraioli's clinical experience comes from a wide array of settings in the mental health field, including family therapy clinics, the public school system, crisis intervention, and private practice.
