Our "Synergetic Enhancement Sequence:"
If you are seeking individual therapy, you may be feeling that you are at a crossroads in your life and are experiencing a variety of emotions problems; which makes it hard to really understand yourself, function and deal with responsibilities, and move forward in a healthy direction.
Clients that come in for our services will learn to understand themselves better and strength their individual self and work through cognitive disortions, negative thinking, and self defeating beliefs. A lot of times people feel like they were so focused on making sure others were okay, that they forgot about the relationship with themselves. Unhealthy interactions with others can cause people to lose site of themselves and can play a part in the lack of individual growth. Having clients focus on health and nutrition, learn more about themselves, and how to communicate more effectively; will allow them to understand what their needs are, how to feel what our body is telling us, and how to express those needs to be more satisfied in life. |

What is expect when you come in for Individual Therapy:
Our view at Synergetic MFT is that, together, we will work toward a healthy, balanced goal to make the changes needed for more positive outcomes and productive living. Individual therapy is a time for people to learn how to strengthen their individual self, focus on what they want out of life, and work through emtional issues like anxiety, depression, fear, phobias, lack of motiviation and low self esteem. Ms. Fraioli focus' on what the clients current problems are and from there will build a treatment plan that will work best for that particular individual.
It is helpful but not mandatory for significant others (family members, friends, partners etc...) to join the therapeutic sessions at times so we all can collaborate toward a common goal and learn a healthier way of living. This can all be discussed in the first initial session. |
